Mobile Robot Solution

Our world unique mobile robot platform easily movies the complete robot cell including safety solution, all connectivity and peripherals. We use standard industrial robots, standard robot controllers and industry products. We can currently carry robots up to 60 kg payload and 2,55 m reach, but can easily be scaled to payload of 200-300 kg. Current we use ABB robots, but the platform is designed to carry any robot brand. Interest shown from several robot brands. The high precision and stability docking ensure the robot performance equivalent to a fixed robot. This means that we can handle all robot applications as a fixed robot can handle. The platform is scalable and modular and can be moved manually or automatically with a pallet fork lift. The patented docking solution is passive, cost efficient and not in the way. It can be lowered and flushed with the floor if wanted.

Robot Quick Swap Solution is a solution to quickly and swiftly exchange a robot for repair/maintenance were high uptime and 24/7 operation is critical. Normally it takes several hours to exchange/repair robot with large loss of income as a result. With OpiFlex Robot Quick Swap Solution we can exchange robot in minutes using the docking solution for large robots. The solution is being discussed with several large corporation’s e.g. automotive companies with large interest.
