Etnamatica s.r.l. is a young and dynamic company founded by four members of the Robotics Group of the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering (DIEEI) of the University of Catania. The team has considerable expertise in the field of software and hardware design and integration, in the fields of industrial and service robotics, in industrial automation, in embedded systems. Etnamatica develops and integrates the most technologically advanced robots to provide simple, reliable and flexible systems. The team has strong synergies with industrial and academic partners in applied research projects and has been involved in research projects at local, national and at European level, concerning robotics and automatic control.

Key personnel of ETNAMATICA have participated into the integration of several platforms as ROBOVOLC, U-Go, and VOLCAN UAVs. They have strong experience in field trials in volcanic and agricultural environments of mobile robots.
