Haapie-One is a versatile personal companion with a conversational interface. It can answer questions, give you information, play games, help you learn… It’s a discreet, table-top robot which is customizable both in terms of colour design as well as features.
The professional edition uses deductive databases and connects to the semantic web to make sense of structured and unstructured data in various languages. It is capable of reasoning and helps you find information and make decisions. The software components are designed to facilitate human-machine communication with next-generation smart dialogue solutions which include audio processing, speech recognition, dialogue management and text analysis software. The cognitive reasoning system (HoTT Brain) applies techniques used in formal theorem provers and automatic inferencing systems so that it is capable for reasoning, self-learning and decision-making.

These different software components can be combined or integrated individually to create various interactive applications, not only in robots, but also on PCs, in smartphone applications and other domestic appliances.
